Only teachers (employees) set as evaluators for a Hybrid exam can evaluate an exam. Since hybrid exams can include both objective and descriptive type questions, teachers will need to evaluate only the descriptive answers.
The Administrator cannot evaluate exams.
Click the module access icon > Academics > Examination > Online Exam > Evaluate Online Exams to open the Evaluate Online Exams page.
- Click Evaluate beside the exam you want to evaluate. Students who were required to take the exam are displayed.
- Click Evaluate beside a student to evaluate the answers.
- Enter the marks for each question, and then click the Save button.
The evaluation status is updated with Passed or Failed. Teachers can also recheck their evaluation before publishing the results.
Students who have not attempted the exam will be indicated by ‘Not appeared yet’.
